We offer a 14-day return window, giving you 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We kindly ask that all returns be sent via a tracked delivery service.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on earrings.
Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and do our best to make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
